दस्तावेज [documents] ( धारा 29 )
भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 29 के अनुसार दस्तावेज किसी भी शब्द का ध घोतक है,
जिसको किसी पदार्थ पर अक्षरों अंकों या चिन्हों के साधन द्वारा या
उनमें से एक से अधिक साधनों अधिवक्ता वर्णित किया गया हो,
जो उस विषय के साक्ष्य के रूप में उपयोग किए जाने को आशयित हो या उपयोग किया जा सके।
दृष्टांत-
वह लिख जिसमें संविदा के बातें व्यक्ति की जाए तो संविदा के साथ में प्रयोग की जा सके दस्तावेज है
बैंकर को दिया गया चेक दस्तावेज है।
मुख्तारनामा दस्तावेज है।
अपराधिक बल तथा हमला
अपराधिक वाले मामले में संबंधित धाराएं हैं धारा तीन सौ 49351 बल अपराधिक बल एवं हमला परिभाषित करती है
जबकि धारा 352 तथा 358 ने हमला व आपराधिक बल के लिए दंड का प्रावधान करती है अन्य धारा 353 से 357 से हमले की गुरुत्व रूप में है।
बल एवं आपराधिक दंड संहिता की धारा 304 के अंतर्गत औरत अंतर धारा 350 के अंतर्गत आपराधिक बल को परिभाषित करती है
तत्पश्चात धारा 351 ने हमले के अपराध को परिभाषित किया गया है उक्त तीनों धारा निम्नलिखित हैं।
बल-कोई व्यक्ति किसी अन्य व्यक्ति पर हमला का प्रयोग करता है या कहा जाता है यदि उस अन्य व्यक्ति में गति परिवर्तन या गति हिम्मत आकारिक कर देता है या वाह किसी पदार्थ में ऐसी गति गतिक परिवर्तन या गतिशीलता कार्य कर देता है जिससे उस पदार्थ का स्पर्श उस अन्य व्यक्ति के शरीर के किसी भाग से या किसी ऐसी चीज से जिसे वह अन्य भक्त पहने हुए हैं या ली जा रहा है या
किसी ऐसी चीज से जो इस प्रकार स्थित है कि ऐसे स्पर्श से उस अन्य व्यक्ति संवेदन सख्त पर प्रभाव पड़ता है, हो जाता है या तब जबकि गतिमान, गति परिवर्तन या गति हिना करने वाला व्यक्ति उच्च गति, गति परिवर्तन यात्रा को एडमिन पश्चात वर्णित 3 तरीके में से किसी एक द्वारा कार्य करता है
अर्थात पहला-अपनी निजी शारीरिक शक्ति द्वारा, दूसरा-किसी पदार्थ के इस प्रकार बयान द्वारा कि उसके अपने या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा कोई अन्य कार्य के लिए जाने के बिना ही गति या गति परिवर्तन या गतिहीनता घटित होती है।
तीसरा-किसी जीव जंतु को गतिमान होना गति परिवर्तन करने या गति धीमी होने के लिए उत्प्रेरित द्वारा।
अपराधिक बल-जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति पर उस व्यक्ति की संपत्ति के बिना बल का प्रयोग किसी अपराध के लिए या उस व्यक्ति को जिस बल का प्रयोग किया जाता है छति भय क्षोभ , ऐसी बल का प्रयोग करीब करने के आशय से या ऐसे बल के प्रयोग से संभालता कार्य करेगा या जानते हुए सताए करता है
वह उस व्यक्ति पर अपराधिक बल का प्रयोग करता है या कहा जाता है।
या नदी के किनारे रस्सी से बंधे नाव पर बैठा है कार्य को आमंत्रित करता है और उसी प्रकार नाव को धारा में सजाएं बहा देता है वहां यूकानी या पर बल का प्रयोग सहायक किया है और
उसने या की संपत्ति के बिना या कार्य कोई अपराध जानते हुए कि ऐसा बल का प्रयोग से वह या को छति या भय क्षोभ कार्य करें तो कन्हैया पर अपराधिक बल का प्रयोग किया है।

According to section 29 of the Indian Penal Code, a document means any word,
which is placed on any substance by means of letters, figures or signs or
advocate more than one of them has been described,
which is intended to be used or may be used as evidence of that matter.

The instrument in which the contract is spoken in person is a document that can be used to accompany the contract.
A check given to a banker is a document.
Power of Attorney is a document.
criminal force and assault
In the case of criminal, there are relevant sections. Section three hundred 49351 defines force, criminal force and assault.
While sections 352 and 358 provide for punishment for assault and criminal force, other sections 353 to 357 provide for the gravity of assault.
The difference between force and woman under section 304 of the criminal penal code defines criminal force under section 350.
Thereafter Section 351 has defined the offense of assault, the following are the three sections.
Force – A person is said to use an attack on another person if the change of motion or motion in that other person causes such a change in motion or motion or force to act on any substance by which the motion of that substance is touch with any part of the body of that other person or with anything which that other devotee is wearing or is being taken or

Example
The main compulsion of a violent dog is to disturb it knowing the possibility that he or she may believe that he or she is about to be attacked by a dog.
Kanhaiya is attacked. Here or moves the punch with the intention or knowing the possibility that he will believe that or is about to kill Ka has attacked. The Indian Penal Code does not generally state that preparation is punishable.
But the mere preparation of the use of force of this section constitutes the offense of assault,
but for this it is necessary that the preparation for the use of force should be as if there should be a chest, thus the attack has the following essential elements.
Any preparation or checking of accounts or the use of force by any person in the presence of another person shall be made with the possibility or knowledge that that person may apprehension of the use of criminal force.
उदाहरण
एक हिंसक कुत्ते की मुख्य बंधनी इससे यह संभावना जानते हुए वह खलना आलम करता है
कि उसके द्वारा या को विश्वास हो जाए कि वह या पर कुत्ते से आक्रमण करने वाला है। कन्हैया पर हमला किया है
यहां पर अथवा मुक्का का इस आशय से या संभावना जानते हुए हिलाता है कि उसके द्वारा या को विश्वास हो जाएगी या का को मारने की ही वाला है का ने हमला किया है
भारतीय दंड संहिता में सामान्यतया तैयारी को दंडनीय नहीं बताया गया है
परंतु इस धारा का मात्र बल का प्रयोग की तैयारी ही हमल अबकी अपराध का गठन कर देती है
लेकिन इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि बल प्रयोग का की तैयारी मानो की छाती होनी चाहिए इस प्रकार हमले निम्न आवश्यक तत्व हैं
किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा दूसरे व्यक्ति की उपस्थिति में कोई तैयारी या अकाउंट चेक करना या बल का प्रयोग की तैयारी इस संभावना या ज्ञान से की जानी चाहिए कि
उस व्यक्ति को अपराधिक बल का प्रयोग आशंका हो जाए।
भारत में उत्तम कोर्ट की कोयले तथा खनिज तेल का अभाव पाया जाता है
